A mechanism of entropy driven phase transitions is considered. Analytically and numerically it is shown that in the case of relaxation flow in a potential with a field-dependednt kinetic coefficient, reentrant phase transitions are realized in stochastic systems with internal fluctuations. It is found that internal multiplicative noise yields topological changes in stationary distribution and shifts positions of bifurcation points.
