Using the method of computer modelling we study transparent parallel-sided single-layer structures. We show that the envelope functions of Fabry-Perot spectra touch each other at the Brewster angle for single interface whereas the modules of Fresnel reflectances for both interfaces become equal to each other at the pseudo-Brewster angle. We derive analytical expressions for the pseudo-Brewster angles in the case of a transparent layer.
