ELECTRON, HOLE AND EXCITON SPECTRA IN CLOSED DOUBLE CYLINDRICAL QUANTUM DOT

The electron, hole and exciton spectra and wave functions are obtained within the effective masses and rectangular potentials models for the semiconductor closed tunnely-bound double cylindrical quantum dot. A convenient mathematical method of the electron-hole binding energy calculation is proposed. It allows to avoid divergent integrals.
