On the grounds of the radii and masses of degenerated dwarfs that were determined using the data from ‟Hipparcos” mission and other observations assessments were made %there are fulfiled estimations of microscopic parameters of the Chandrasekhar model (the relativistic parameter in the star centre $x_0$ and the parameter of chemical composition $μ_e = A/Z$ where $A$ is mass number and $Z$ is nuclear charge). The analytical expressions of macroscopic characteristics (mass, radius, energy) as functions $x_0$ and $μ_e$ were obtained. From the calculated dependence of energy on these parameters the limitations on the variability region of $x_0$ that is in a good agreement with observed radii distribution of dwarfs are found. We obtained a more accurate critical value of $x_0$, by which stability is being disturbed through general relativity theory effects. Also proposed in the paper is the generalized model with nonuniform (that is dependent on coordinates) chemical composition, where $μ_e = μ_e(r)$.
