We consider a dynamical gap generation in the Weyl semimetal with the Coulomb interaction in the lowest Landau level approximation. The effects of polarization and screening of the Coulomb interaction are included in the first-order of perturbation theory. It was shown that the gap can be generated in the absence of charge carriers in the state with a chiral phase at any value of the coupling constant. The gap generation at nonzero charge density is energetically unfavorable.
