The final III stage of the All-Ukrainian competition «Invite physics to yourself» within the project «STEM / STEAM learning in physics classes»

On February 28, 2024, the city of Leva hospitably welcomed teams of young physicists-inventors from different regions of Ukraine, who will participate in the third intramural stage of the All-Ukrainian competition «Invite physics to yourself…» as part of the project «STEM / STEAM learning in physics classes» for students 9- x classes of general secondary education institutions.

The competition was held with the assistance and support of the Department of Education and Science of the LOD, the Lviv Regional Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education, the Faculty of Physics of the I. Frank Lviv National University, and the Institute for the Modernization of Education Content.

26 teams of students (Cherkasy Region – 1, Dnipropetrovsk Region – 3, Kyiv Region – 2, Kyiv – 1, Khmelnytsky Region – 1, Mykolaiv Region – 1, Ternopil Region – 2, Lviv Region– 7, Lviv – 8) at the physical faculty of LNU presented self-made models or devices from improvised materials for a visual demonstration of a physical phenomenon or physical laws in physics lessons in the 8th and 9th grades. And also passed the interesting quest «The world of physics».

The winners received certificates, diplomas and valuable prizes.
